Which battery booster should I get for my vehicle?
Our boosters are suitable for a wide range of vehicles, depending on the engine size. Please check the engine size of your car and the product description before purchasing a booster to ensure it's sufficient enough to jump start your engine.
How long does it take to recharge a booster?
Depending on the battery capacity of the booster, it normally takes around 3-5 hours to get back to full charge.
Can I use a jump starter to charge my smartphone and other USB devices?
Yes, our boosters can be used to charge a multitude of USB devices, including phones.
Locate the USB OUT port on booster, plug the USB device charging cable into the port, and power on the booster. The USB device will now receive power.
What is the maximum air pressure that your tyre inflator can reach?
Our cordless digital tyre inflator can reach a maximum pressure of 150 PSI (10.34 bar or 1034.21 kPa). Suitable for inflating tyres, sports equipment, and more.
How long does it take to inflate a tyre using the air compressor?
Using our cordless digital tyre inflator, you can inflate a 17" tyre to 30 PSI in approximately 3 minutes.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments from all major credit/debit card providers and you can also securely pay via Paypal. Your personal details are protected using industry-leading standard SSL encryption.
Can I pay using Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Yes, mobile payment systems are accepted from all applicable iOS and Android devices.
SHIPPING
How long does it take to deliver my order?
We work with a number of different couriers, including Royal Mail and Evri, to deliver your orders. Typically, it takes 2-4 working days for the parcel to be delivered. Please allow up to 7 working days for the delivery to accommodate any delays in processing and shipping the order. You can check your parcel status online using the tracking number provided.
What to do if my parcel is lost/damaged in transit?
Please contact our Customer Services team at support@batterymonster.co.uk with your order number and we'll resolve the issue.
Can I collect my order in person?
We do not offer a collection service, as there are no customer facilities at our warehouse. All orders must be posted for tracking and security purposes.

How long does it take to process a refund?
Depending on the payment method used during the checkout, it normally takes 3-5 working days for the refunded balance to be reflected on your account.
